Pastor Roslyn Lee

Rev Roslyn was born and raised in Flushing, Queens. She is a second generation Korean American and is married to her partner and friend Won Tack Lee. Her spouse is also a clergy person. Together they have two beautiful children. She is a self-taught cook, enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling, reading and crossing adventures off her bucket list!! She has recently started blogging.

She earned her bachelor's degree from Drew University in 2008 where she majored in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. She obtained her Master's Degree in Divinity in 2012 also from Drew where she won the George Crooks award for excellence in hymns and scripture reading.

Her experience in ministry includes the following:

  • chapel administrator at the Drew Theological School from 2007 to 2008

  • co-pastor of the Korean United Methodist Church of Staten Island from 2009 to 2011

  • direct-hire pastor pastor of the Westbrookville United Methodist Church in Orange County New York from 2011 to 2012.

  • local licensed pastor of the Dix Hills United Methodist Church from 2012 to 2013

  • provisional elder at the Grace United Methodist Church in Lindenhurst from 2013 to 2015.

  • full elder at the Cheshire United Methodist Church since 2015
